As he heard the key in the lock he realised he wasn’t ready to face anybody like this
and ran back to the bathroom, locking the door behind him.

He heard footsteps in the room, and a girl’s voice called through the bathroom door.

“Shelly? It’s Jen. I guess you still don’t want to talk to me huh? I’m sorry about the argument
last night. I didn’t mean to upset you. I was worried when you ran off like that. I thought
you were going to do something silly, you looked really pissed.

Listen Shelly, I still love you, and hope we can sort things out. I’m going to give you some
space today. If you want to work things out then give me a call. I’ll be over like a shot.”

And with that she left. Bobby was more confused than ever. Was that his girlfriend?
So was he a lesbian? And just what was in that envelope?

He’d never heard of her but the photo on the licence was definitely his new body. There were no house or car keys in the bag. He wondered if they were elsewhere in the room.

The wardrobe was packed with clothes. But all ultra-feminine dresses and skirts. There wasn’t a single pair of trousers in the room. He was going to have to embrace his feminine side, but since he was already wearing stockings and heels he guessed he already had. A floaty dress wasn’t going to make any difference.

At the bottom of the wardrobe he found a large manilla envelope. Maybe this would contain some information about his predicament.

He was just about to open the envelope when there was the sound of a key in the door and somebody turned the handle to come in….

(India) The police today unearthed a racket in sex change allegedly involving some eunuchs targeting teenage boys. (Deccan Herald)

The boys are abducted, castrated and eventually forced into beggary and prostitution.

The racket came to light with the arrest of Basavaraj alias Mangala alias Rangiah (26) and Vaadhu alias Baby Jagaraj (20), who had forcibly ‘converted’ ninth standard student, Chandrashekar into Kumari Shilpa. The duo were arrested by the Sampigehalli police, while the search is on for three more persons.

Chandrashekhar had left his home in March and never returned. His perturbed father, after losing his only son, had lodged a missing complaint.

According to Bangalore North-East DCP, a few eunuchs lured Chandrasekhar, a student of government high school, T-Dasarahalli. On the pretext of taking blood samples, they injected some hormones and subsequently, the boy started behaving differently and portrayed female characters. When the parents started questioning, he decided to leave home.

The boy confessed that he had gone to Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, and underwent a couple of surgeries and got his sex changed before being rechristened as Kumari Shilpa. Then, he was pushed into the business of prostitution and begging. Out of the money earned, the racket kingpin used to give him Rs 200. A portion was collected by Rajanna, a financier who funded the surgery.

Meanwhile, plans were on to go in for a breast transplant in Bangalore. He had made arrangements for Rs 50,000 towards it.

Kumari Shilpa’s father, Venkatappa, ran into his son near Hebbal flyover. Immediately, he stopped the vehicle and tried speaking to him but when he tried to escape with the help of an auto driver, Venkatappa caught Shilpa and took him to the nearest police station.

The officer agreed that there was a big gang behind it. Now, arrest warrants have been issued against the doctor and the financier.
